Create your account.
Choose a password and enter the confirmation code sent to your email. Already registered? Log in with the same account on web or in the app.
Try your first seven days.
Set your vision, explore each day’s lesson and choose a step to try. Come back to report how it went. Writing a note is optional.
Tell us what you notice.
After signing in, tap Feedback on any page. Tell us what isn’t working, what’s confusing or what could be better. You can type, dictate with your keyboard or attach a screenshot.

Use it your way.

You don’t need to finish everything in one sitting. Return later and check that your steps and notes are still there.
